Refund & Return Policy

Note: Prior to purchasing a Primebook, please contact our customer support team at +919667413981 to verify app compatibility, website compatibility, or any other relevant factors for which you are considering the purchase. It is essential to confirm with our customer support team that all your anticipated use cases are supported by the Primebook before completing the purchase.

After the purchase, the Primebook team shall not be held liable to issue returns based on the aforementioned reasons.

Banking Apps, Mantra Devices/Fingerprint devices are not supported.

We enforce a 7-day return policy, granting you 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

For a return to be deemed eligible, the item must remain in the same condition as received, inclusive of its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will promptly arrange for the pickup of your Primebook Laptop within 24 hours.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Should the item be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product
  • Damage caused by an electrical surge or user mishandling
  • Incompatibility with specific apps, websites, and external hardware not compatible with Primebook

Replacement:

In the event a customer requests a replacement, Team Primebook will endeavor to resolve the issue remotely. If remote resolution is not feasible, a replacement unit will be dispatched to the customer.

Should we be unable to resolve the issue, the customer will be duly notified, and a pickup will be scheduled.

Upon confirmation of the pickup, a new laptop will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Replacement Policy:

Replacement of a product is permissible under the following circumstances:

The customer may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is feasible if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in a defective condition or sustained physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.

A replacement unit may be provided if the customer establishes that the delivered product is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Should the received product not align with the site's depiction or specifications, this must be brought to the notice of our customer support team within 24 hours of receipt. The customer support team will then evaluate the complaint and make an appropriate decision.

In instances of replacement, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories, must be intact for pickup arranged by us.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product
  • Damage caused by an electrical surge or user mishandling
  • Incompatibility with specific apps, websites, and external hardware not compatible with Primebook

Refund:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
